There are afternoons when it is strenuous for myself and others to keep all our appointments right on time.
- Occasionally our clients want to talk about something other than what I am there for.
They find another concern before they even arrive, & that is a concern for them. Somehow I regularly provide them the help they need, & there isn’t an appointment missed. I pride myself on this, & I think that most people should have the work ethic I have. Unluckyly, our work ethic is not the ethics of all companies, especially our Heating, Ventilation, & A/C business. I think they tell you they have a several-third window whenever you have an appointment for service or repair. Most of the time I am prepared to wait a superb bit of time for the Heating, Ventilation, & A/C serviceman to arrive for me. Waiting for someone to arrive & not having them show up at all is unforgivable. Is it any wonder, when our Heating, Ventilation, & A/C serviceman didn’t show up, I called the Heating, Ventilation, & A/C business. I told them I was still waiting for the Heating, Ventilation, & A/C serviceman & I wanted to think why? They bluntly told myself and others that she was running late & they would need to schedule another appointment. I laughed at that statement & told them I expected him to be here today & if she wasn’t; I was going to file a formal complaint against him & their business with the owner. It was the owner who showed up an third later & repaired our a/c unit. She apologized for whatever happened & told myself and others she was going to have a long talk with the dispatcher & with her son, who was the Heating, Ventilation, & A/C serviceman busy to come to our house.
