I have a podcast to help warn people the dangerous of misusing a HVAC system

There have been increasing oil furnace related incidents during the winter season and that was worrying me.

  • People seem not to be informed enough about the dangers of mishandling heating components in their homes during the winter season, whenever winter season approaches.

I take time to inform people about the need to be extra vigilant when using keeping warm. I have a podcast that has over 10,000 subscribers covering 3 states. I took it as a personal responsibility to share my expertise and experience on heating after repeatedly reading about and hearing people lose property or lives because of heat related accidents during the winter season. My daughter used to sleep with a space furnace in her room and this scared me. When I shared my story with a close colleague, I realized several families face such heating needs in their homes when the coldest winter seasons arrive. Instead of fireplaces, several homes rely on an oil furnace powered by a dual fuel proposal or radiant heated floors. For those who cannot afford new heating units, they end servicing their outdated air conditioners and heaters beyond their life spans, increasing the threat of a failed heat pump or terrible duct sealing work. What most people need are zoned HVAC systems and educating people on more about a/c safety and use, and the threat but, is not just a winter season issue because cooling corporations also have their fair share of threats from cooling techs. I hope that with increasing subscriber base on my podcast, my following will learn and spread the word to others who need to hear about safety. I am blissful the local county has stepped in to give me more airtime and use my platform to put weight on the seriousness of this matter.
