When the people I was with and I called for Heating and A/C service with a different Heating and A/C company recently, the people I was with and I were surprised with the Heating and A/C pro who came to our door.
First of all, it was a kind young lady and she seemed somewhat awkward at first for some reason.
She told us she had ASD and to please be understanding, but she was fully capable of doing fine toil on our heating and cooling equipment. She absolutely answered all our questions and she did seem to be undoubtedly proficiencyable, so the people I was with and I showed her to the Heating and A/C equipment. When the people I was with and I asked a few more questions, she answered our questions again but asked us to please refrain from asking anymore questions until after the diagnosis was completed. She then explained in perfect detail what was going on with our Heating and A/C equipment and covered some possibilities for us if the people I was with and I wanted to have particular parts replaced. She said those parts could last another year or so, but occasionally people would forget to make necessary replacements and they might be overlooked. She said if that were the case, the service on the Heating and A/C would be much more pricey and she wanted to see us save money in the long run. I genuinely felt care about the people I was with and I were speaking with a genius Heating and A/C professional who might want to become an engineer to make greater energy efficient Heating and A/C systems. After the repairs were completed, she answered the remainder of our questions and the people I was with and I had a nice conversation. I must say, that was the nicest Heating and A/C service experience the people I was with and I ever had! Both of us hope to see her again soon.
