Bill had been busy for some time coming up with a good plan for his cross country trip with his girlfriend.
- Bill had rented a camper with ample room, so he knew his girlfriend would be comfortable.
Bill knew that the camper would have air conditioner, heating, and a full shower. The only issue was that the air conditioner and heating was 50-50. Bill wished he had gained that guarantee from the rental corporation before he chose to go and picked up the camper. He had no clue how tepid it was going to get inside the camper until Bill and his girlfriend parked the first night. Bill went through all the steps on the manual to get the HVAC unit really working, however it never turned on. Bill once again pulled out the instructions on how to turn the HVAC unit on, and followed them to a T. Still, he didn’t have any air conditioning, and his girlfriend was miserable because it was tepid where they were sleeping and the rest of the camper. Bill explained to her that he could make the beds comfortable, however there wasn’t anything he could do about the lack of air conditioner until the next day. Bill’s girlfriend was not in the mood to understand anything. She had Bill so miserable that he was ready to turn around and go back home. Instead, he told his girlfriend to quit complaining and if she was nice for just 20 minutes, Bill would take her to a hotel for the night.
