My partner plus I own a small little ice cream business that the people I was with and I just love, but it is not just us that love it, the purchasers are big fans of our ice cream too, but one of the most crucial parts of owning an ice cream stores having a good cooling system… This is fairly obvious because you need a good cooling plan to keep the ice cream frozen, and without a good cooling plan to keep the ice cream frozen the ice cream will melt. This is unfortunately what happened to us about a week ago where the people I was with and I came to our store plus the people I was with and I discovered that all the ice cream plus melted, then both of us were shocked, what had happened? Plants plus further investigation the people I was with and I discovered that the air conditioning plan in the store has stopped laboring plus that is why all the ice cream is melted. When the chilly air from the AC stopped blasting out of the commercial Heating plus A/C unit, the temperature in a store hastily began to rise plus all the ice cream melted as a result of it, then my partner plus I called a heating plus AC specialist out as soon as possible to maintenance the broken heating plus cooling system. The broken heating plus cooling plan was successfully repaired but now the people I was with and I had to buy more ice cream. Both of us closed the store down for a couple mornings while the people I was with and I got everything back in order before opening it backup to purchasers again. It was good to be open plus have business again.
