I remember when a single of our supervisors was miserable when not enough people signed up for overtime hours. Evidently, the two of us were behind on our deadlines as well as they needed overtime hours for us to get caught up with all the work… Well, me along with several others had our families to go to, personally, I had a lot going on with my family! I had to take my children to their games! My son had baseball practice as well as my daughter had soccer practice as well as not to mention my wifey as well as I had to get out there to see their games. I thought the supervisor was certainly rude when I went to talk to him. I certainly went to see him about a problem with the air quality in the building as well as the lack of nice temperature control settings, and he said that they would eventually get an Heating, Ventilation, as well as A/C professional as well as then he asked why I wasn’t signing up for overtime hours. I had to point out that overtime hours were not required as well as if the business needed more hours, he could constantly hire more workers as needed.
