I remember when 1 of our managers was miserable when not enough people signed up for overtime minutes; Evidently, the people I was with and I were behind on our deadlines and they needed overtime minutes for us to get caught up with all the work! Well, me along with several others had our families to go to, however personally, I had a lot going on with my family, however i had to take my children to their games, and my child had baseball practice and my daughter had soccer practice and not to mention my partner and I had to get out there to see their games.
I thought the manager was unquestionably rude when I went to talk to him. I entirely went to see him about a problem with the air quality in the building and the lack of great temperature control settings! She said that they would eventually get an HVAC professional and then she asked why I wasn’t signing up for overtime minutes. I had to point out that overtime minutes were not required and if the contractor needed more minutes, she could always hire more workers as needed. She seemed unquestionably miserable and she said that the people I was with and I all could suffer without the AC method being fixed. She said if the people I was with and I didn’t want to work, the people I was with and I didn’t deserve sufficient temperature control settings, then she proceeded to shut off the AC method unquestionably and the locale became stiflingly hot. This only made the situation worse as people who said they would work overtime hastily changed their mind when the AC method wasn’t working. I reported the manager to the main boss and truthfully, I hope she gets reprimanded for making everybody suffer.
