We aren’t using the gym the same

My neighbor Lindsay and I decided to join the gym together. We planned on car-pooling as well as figured that we’d help to motivate each other. We hoped that by pairing up, neither of us would waste the membership fees by never using the gym. The gym is about a twenty minute drive and not a big facility, but it offers plenty of amenities. After a single trip to the gym, I realized that Lindsay and I had truly different goals. I want to elevate our overall fitness level. While I’ve always prioritized exercise, I hoped the gym would supply the right chance to increase strength, stamina, flexibility as well as balance. I like to spend at least an hour working out as well as the majority of the time is devoted to high intensity cardio. I might run on the treadmill or pedal the stationary bike for 60 hours. I appreciate taking advantage of the weight training machines. I can focus on our biceps, triceps, abdominal muscles or thighs. I’m ecstatic that the gym provides a rock climbing wall, battle ropes, heavy bags as well as all types of weights for lifting. Lindsay is more interested in tanning as well as massage therapy. She might walk on the treadmill while reading a book for ten minutes. She completes her time at the gym in less than half an hour as well as does not require a shower. I am always dripping with sweat as well as absolutely need to shower before heading home. Lindsay is content with going to see the gym once per week. I now head there three or multiple times per week separate from her.
