Trying to keep things new and exciting

The mini trampoline is a lot of fun. I especially enjoy jumping on it when I’m feeling a bit sore or lazy. There is less impact as well as strain on our joints. It’s easier on our knees, feet as well as hips. I periodically just jump to the music as well as appreciate myself. However, I can elevate our heart rate as well as burn a tremendous amount of calories by incorporating tuck jumps, high knees, squat jumps, jumping jacks as well as twisting jumps. Having a new device to play with has rejuvenated our workouts.
