Clare had no clue how to deal with a frozen heat pump

Clare was determined to finish some work at the store before heading home. She knew it would be impossible to come back while in the weekend. Her mom and sister were coming for a visit which meant lots of other activities. Clare had not seen her baby sister in a year and wanted to supply her a wonderful treat for her birthday. She worked until 9 pm and was finally so sleepy that her eyep could barely stay open. The wonderful news is she had finished a large area and the few final touches were not too time consuming. It was cold when she closed up and went to her car so she made a mental note to turn on the heat pump when she went home, however knowing her mom, the heat pump would be on all weekend since there seemed to be a cold snap in the air. Clare did turn on the heat pump when she got condo and went straight to bed. However, the unit wasn’t toiling when she woke up the next day. The condo wasn’t too cold but Clare was now worried about the faulty heat pump. She called her acquaintance who is also an owner of an Heating, Ventilation and A/C company for assistance. He came by as he was leaving for work and observed the heat pump was frozen. Clare had never dealt with a frozen heat pump. The Heating, Ventilation and A/C company owner explained that he had to let the unit thaw out before he could come and inspect the issue. Meanwhile, Clare was to leave the unit as is and not allow anyone to turn it on at any time.
