Last year while I was in the height of the pandemic, my sister took a task as a property manager with a prominent property management company in her area, but she was recommended for this task by 1 of her friends, so the task was her separate from going through a tedious interview process, but my sister did not have any experience as a property manager, in fact, she worked as a construction foreman for various years… But on afternoon 1, she dived right in plus began to solve the concerns that came across her desk.

Many were related to broken HVAC units, plus some were complaints that had to do with minor cracks or leaks inside the rented apartments, the first thing my sister did was to contact the maintenance manager to get an system of the workload of her team. She then stressed a meeting with him to tackle the concerns based on urgency, but all the concerns with HVAC units were sited towards the top of the list, but some of the concerns required professional service, so she contacted the HVAC provider that they correctly used plus stressed the earliest appointment. There were some concerns with leaks that had to be outsourced to a professional plumber because none of the maintenance crew handled plumbing concerns. They mostly diagnosed basic handyman services, plus they diagnosed the facilities on the premises. Working as a property manager has opened my sister’s eyeah to what goes on behind the scenes plus how condo repairs are handled. Her years as a foreman came in handy for this task, she was able to solve the problems as she saw fit.
