I have my physical therapy appointment today and it is a good thing because I am quite sore from all of the athletic interests and tunes I did yeahterday.
These are the two things I appreciate doing the most however they come with a price on my body.
That is wonderful with myself and others because when I play these types of things I just think free and joyful and that is what makes life worth living. I’ve kept my life fairly easy and only toil about 15 hours a week maximum so I have time to do the things I love. I need to clean my fireplace today, which I don’t appreciate so much, however it gives myself and others a lot of pleasure seeing the fires dance while I relax with my dog in front of it. I have a black dog with big green eyeah which took about six months before it warmed up to myself and others when I first got it. It gets a bit sad when the central heat and air equipment turns on and occasionally goes and hides under the sofa. It stayed under the sofa for about many months separate from coming out until night when I went to bed. I think the Heating as well as Air Conditioning plan was a bit disturbing for it when it was running so it would just stay under the sofa. I didn’t think this till I saw it a single day run under the sofa when the equipment turned on. So now for heat I just use my small portable space gas furnace which is much quieter than the main unit.
