I feel better on the days I workout

I exercise six days a week. Each morning, Monday to Saturday, I get up to an alarm in order to have enough time to workout. I get out of bed and wash my face and brush my teeth. I then put my hair in a bun & put on athletic attire. I spend about fifteen minutes completing a thorough warm up. I take the time to circle my joints, loosen up my muscles & deeply stretch. I then switch between a six-mile run, bike ride for an hour, jumping rope, weight lifting & performing sets of lunges, squats, jumps & ab crunches. My workouts typically last from 60 to 90 minutes. I increase my heart rate & manage a thorough sweat. I make a point to consume a full bottle of water during the training session. At the conclusion, I’m always eager for a shower. I feel spent yet energized. Thanks to the workout, I enjoy a much more productive rest of the day. I’m normally in a much more positive mood. A strenuous workout helps me to get rid of stress. I feel confident and proud of my accomplishment. Sundays are my day off from working out. It’s my chance to sleep in, act lazy & rest my muscles and joints. I’ve realized that I often deal with headaches on Sundays. I have issues with dehydration. I find it a challenge to get motivated. While I always get excited for my free day, I have difficulty enjoying it. I try to do a household project or a hobby that includes physical exertion. I might play tennis, row my kayak across the lake or climb a ladder to wash the windows. If I don’t sleep too late, get active immediately and drink water, the whole day goes better.
