The A/C unit was cleaned really well

When we went to the outdoor A/C condenser, he shook his head.

When our HVAC professional came out to the home to check out our HVAC that had been having problems, I was talking about how I cleaned the HVAC equipment pretty good, and when he checked the unit, it was pretty shiny from the outside, but when he opened it up, it was a mess, there was so much dirt and debris built up, I couldn’t believe it, I was confused because I thought the air filters I was using were pretty good. When the guy looked at the air filters though, he said under his breath, “fiberglass air filter?” He clearly disapproved of the air filter, although he didn’t make an immense deal of it. He recommended that I leave all of the HVAC maintenance up to the professionals. He said it was alright to do what I did with wiping down the HVAC equipment real well, although I should always shut off the power to the equipment before making any moves like that, as a safety issue. I understood what he was saying and didn’t want to risk getting killed from electrocution or getting hurt badly. When we went to the outdoor A/C condenser, he shook his head. He said again under his breath, “No wonder this method is struggling.” He pointed out that there were tons of leaves and turf debris built up around the condenser basically choking the method from essential air intake and the fin coils being clogged could not do their work. He opened up the equipment after managing the shut off and he sprayed the debris out from within. He cleaned the fan blades real well and carefully and the condenser looked nice when he was done. When he was finished, the A/C method was working perfectly!
