Half of the folks pointed me towards one Heating & Air Conditioning repair shop, plus the other half were insistent that I should check a bizarre Home Comfort specialist. In the end, I hired a heating, cooling, plus air quality control repair shop commanded by my closest neighbor.., then and regretted every minute of it, and next time, I make my heating plus cooling decisions for myself.
