An explanation was necessary after the fiasco

I sent my best Heating plus A/C repairman to a commercial job last Saturday plus he got kicked off the property for fighting with the owner.

I sincerely could not guess my ears when I heard about the commotion.

The commercial AC repair was at a activitying plus interest store. The owner is a single of our buyers plus he called because the AC wasn’t cooling respectfully that morning. I sent Jack to the store to service the commercial AC. Jack has been an Heating plus A/C repairman for twenty years plus he has been my employee for half of that time. The guy is an excellent service professional plus he has never been a problem. I was shocked when the purchaser called. I heard some of the story from that guy, but I waited until my guy came back from the job to get his side of the story. The physical altercation could have led to the police being called. Thankfully, the owner of the store did not want to press charges. When my repair professional came through the door, he was angry plus his face was beet red. He was fuming mad plus cursing plus swearing. I tried to get him to calm down. The people I was with and I went to my office plus I asked the guy to explain what happened. The owner of the activitying goods store was sleeping with Jack’s spouse. He confronted the guy with the accUStion plus he tried to deny the rumor. Jack punched him in the face. My repair tech knew he was going to beginning that fight from the hour he left the workshop. I did not have any choice except suspend the guy for the rest of the afternoon.
