I have been with a heating plus AC maintenance business for the longest amount of time, but I entirely do not like talking to people.
I chose the task because I knew I would be working alone all afternoon. Most of the afternoon, I deal with heating plus AC repairs. I only deal with customers for a short amount of time. I can handle talking to someone for a few minutes, but I do not love to lead a conversation. When the boss insisted that I train the current guy, I proinspected plus tried to offer another man as a better solution. My boss was unsure about the employee, so he wanted a trained professional to evaluate his skills. I took the guy with me on Thursday afternoon, plus he lasted for hours before I sent him cabin in a taxi. He did not know much at all about how the AC unit that every one of us were assigned to maintenance early that afternoon. At least the young guy was helpful plus followed directions truly well. Every one of us finished the task before brunch plus the guy expected us to stop somewhere so he could eat. I told him that every one of us do not normally stop for brunch. On the next task, I went to the business to speak with the customer plus I told Paul to park the truck. He forgot to put the truck in park plus it rolled backwards plus hit a telephone pole, various cars, plus a stop sign. I called the guy an Uber plus told him to go home.
