I spent a decade or more sort of planning our transport to the south. I moved to part time labor about numerous years ago. This provided myself and others plenty of time to ploy while the gas heating system was blasting away. Our entire adult life had been spent with the gas heating system blasting away for at least several months or more. Sure, that region has a pretty Springtime & a fairly comfortable summer. But as the fall colors are starting to be a part of our focus, the gas heating system is kicking on again. My program was to ditch the Heating, Ventilation, & A/C heating & head south to the sunshine. Yet, it took some labor to get our spouse on board as he’s sort of loathe to change. However, I kept chipping away & the two of us finally found the spot where the two of us would trade our gas heating system for a whole bunch of Heating, Ventilation, & A/C cooling. It was only a few years later that the two of us purchased a arena. I even coordinated getting the Heating, Ventilation, & A/C device & the family room on our outdated condo updated so the two of us got a fabulous price for our family home. With some of those profits, I had a sunroom added to back of the house. This was the crowning jewel of our decade worth of planning, cajoling & executing a plan. But what I didn’t realize that first year was the Summer heat & humidity made the sunroom virtually unUnited Statesble. However, a quick call to the Heating, Ventilation, & A/C company changed all of that. They installed a ductless heat pump inside the sunroom. That was all it took. The ductless heat pump makes for such good Heating, Ventilation, & A/C cooling that I can get air conditioning & sun at once.
