The last three weeks have been a flurry of activity as I planned for my trip across the country.
I rented a camper that sleeps 4, so I would be comfortable.
I was guaranteed that the camper would have a cooling system, heating, and a full shower. What they didn’t guarantee me was that the cooling system and heating would be functional, I wish I had gotten that guarantee from the rental company before I opted to go and picked up the camper. I was unaware how tepid it was going to get inside the camper until I parked the first night. I went through all the steps that needed to be taken to get the cooling system component operational however it never turned on. I once again retrieved the instructions on how to turn the cooling system component on, and followed them to a T. But unluckily, I still didn’t have any cooling. My night was miserable because it was tepid where I was sleeping and so was the rest of the camper van. I tried to find ways to make the beds comfortable, however there wasn’t anything I could do about the lack of cooling system until the next day. Although I’m an adult, I was in such a foul mood the next day. Being so miserable meant that I was ready to turn around and go back home. Instead, I pulled myself together, quit complaining and went to find a hotel for the night.
