I remember when 1 of our managers was miserable when not enough people signed up for overtime hours, however evidently, the two of us were behind on our deadlines plus they needed overtime hours for us to get caught up with all the work! Well, me along with several others had our families to go to.
Personally, I had a lot going on with my family! I had to take my children to their games; My child had baseball practice plus my daughter had soccer practice plus not to mention my fiance plus I had to get out there to see their games.
I thought the manager was unquestionably rude when I went to talk to him. I absolutely went to see him about a complication with the air quality in the building plus the lack of good temperature control settings. He said that they would eventually get an Heating plus Air Conditioning professional plus then he asked why I wasn’t signing up for overtime hours. I had to point out that overtime hours were not required plus if the business needed more hours, he could constantly hire more workers as needed. He seemed unquestionably miserable plus he said that the two of us all could suffer without the AC method being fixed. He said if the two of us didn’t want to work, the two of us didn’t deserve satisfactory temperature control settings! Then he proceeded to shut off the AC method genuinely plus the venue became stiflingly hot. This only made the situation worse as people who said they would work overtime hastily changed their mind when the AC method wasn’t working. I reported the manager to the main boss plus honestly, I hope he gets reprimanded for making everybody suffer.
