He seemed easily irritated and he said that we all could suffer without the AC method being fixed
I remember when a single of our directors was irritated when not enough people signed up for overtime hours… Evidently, we were behind on our deadlines and they needed overtime hours for us to get caught up with all the work, and well, myself and others along with many others had our families to go to, personally, I had a lot going on with our family, then i had to take our children to their games! My child had baseball practice and our son had soccer practice and not to mention our husband and I had to get out there to see their games. I thought the director was easily rude when I went to talk to him. I entirely went to see him about a concern with the air quality in the building and the lack of great temperature control settings… He said that they would eventually get an HVAC professional and then he asked why I wasn’t signing up for overtime hours. I had to point out that overtime hours were not required and if the corporation needed more hours, he could always hire more workers as needed. He seemed easily irritated and he said that we all could suffer without the AC method being fixed. He said if we didn’t want to work, we didn’t deserve satisfactory temperature control settings, but then he proceeded to shut off the AC method easily and the arena became stiflingly hot. This only made the situation worse as people who said they would work overtime quickly changed their mind when the AC method wasn’t working. I reported the director to the main boss and honestly, I hope he gets reprimanded for making everybody suffer.
