My partner and I own a small little ice cream corporation that we just love, but it is not just us that savor it, the shoppers are large fans of our ice cream too, but one of the most important parts of owning an ice cream stores having a relaxing cooling system… This is fairly obvious because you need a relaxing cooling method to keep the ice cream frozen, then without a relaxing cooling method to keep the ice cream frozen the ice cream will melt. This is unluckyly what happened to us about a week ago where we came to our store and we discovered that all the ice cream and melted, both of us were shocked, what had happened? Plants and further investigation we discovered that the air conditioning method in the store has stopped working and that is why all the ice cream is melted. When the freezing air from the AC stopped blasting out of the commercial Heating, Ventilation plus A/C unit, the temperature in a store hastily began to rise and all the ice cream melted as a result of it, but my partner and I called a heating and AC corporation out as soon as possible to service the broken heating and cooling system. The broken heating and cooling method was successfully repaired however now we had to buy more ice cream. Both of us closed the store down for a couple afternoons while we got everything back in order before opening it backup to shoppers again. It was relaxing to be open and have corporation again.
