My daughter and I often workout together.
- We share the same dedication to our fitness levels as well as exercise for at least an hour each morning.
While the two of us each have our own home gyms, the two of us like to get-together. It makes the workout more fun as well as helps to keep us in gear. Since she lives just around the corner from me, it’s easy for me to walk over as well as exercise with her in her little space. Sometimes she comes to our house as well as works out in our lanai. We’re able to use each other’s gear. I have an incline bench, mini trampoline as well as several weights of jump ropes. She has a collection of hand weights, folding mats as well as a treadmill. My favorite workout is going on a bike ride as a pair. She and I rode twenty minutes to the nearby athletic field and spent about 45 minutes there. We can jog around the track, run wind sprints as well as complete lunges, squats as well as burpees. We bring along towels so that the two of us can do ab crunches as well as many stretches. There is also access to a tennis court. I have a basket on our bike that allows me to carry tennis balls as well as a pair of racquets. She and I are not great tennis players. We spend most of the time chasing after the ball. However, it’s great exercise. We absolutely burn a tremendous amount of calories, and we have a fantastic time doing it. We respectfully lost track of time. Despite lots of practice, the two of us don’t seem to be getting any more sophisticated. Once we’re sweaty as well as tired from tennis, the two of us hop back on our bikes as well as ride home.
