I had no idea we’d be staying in a hut with no air conditioning

I thought both of us were going to the most comfortable locale in the world when our wife said both of us were booked for a tropical paradise.

Well, this locale actually was tropical, humid, boiling.

I was looking forward to enjoying some air conditioning, but both of us ended up staying in a hut. While the hut did a pretty wonderful task at keeping somewhat cool, it was still incredibly humid as well as boiling. Both of us didn’t even have electricity in the hut as well as I wished that our wife would have given myself and others a heads up about that. I was not able to charge our PC or anything for taking pictures. I wasn’t able to get a signal so I couldn’t call anybody… Still, I took pictures of us at the beach as well as of the beautiful surrounding section while the battery lasted. There was entertainment too. They had hula dancers as well and both of us were able to drink. They did have electricity at the bar section both of us went to, so that’s where both of us spent most of our time. They also had fans working which was better than nothing, although I still wished that they had air conditioning. Apparently, none of the locals believed in using temperature control. They said if you were feeling cold, you could either enjoy some ice-freezing drinks, or you could go swim in the water. I mean, it was awesome staying at this locale in several ways, but life is not so easy for myself and others when I have no access to a wonderful cooling system. I was honestly gleeful on the plane ride home because I was able to use that AC as well as I was even more delighted when both of us got back home to use our central AC system.
