I want to find the right time to talk to our Mom

Last month I went to visit our mom & I was absolutely surprised by the condition of the house.

I thought our mom was doing well on his own, but I don’t know that is absolutely true.

The apartment was really cold & the whole location felt frozen when I arrived. My mom told myself and others that the gas furnace wasn’t working. When I asked our mom how long the gas furnace complications had been occurring, he did not have a nice answer for me. I contacted a repair repair & I waited at our mom’s apartment until they fixed the gas furnace. The temperature on the control component was 58 degrees when I arrived & it was 74 degrees when I left our mom’s house. About a month later, I went back to our mom’s apartment & I noticed that most of the food that was in the refrigerator was still there, and now I am absolutely starting to worry that our mom might not be able to take care of herself anymore. I want to find the right time to talk to our mom, however I’m not sure there is ever a right time to tell your parents that you don’t know they can take care of themselves anymore. That is a conversation I’m not looking forward to having with our mom, but I assume it is a conversation that we need to have soon. I have a couple of ideas & I am hoping that our mom will find one of them suitable. I would truthfully like that he moved to the apartment where our husbandy & I live, but I am open to several different suggestions as long as he is not residing alone anymore.
