I consistently assume when it’s that time of month for my partner because her internal temperature control goes out of whack.
She experiences hot & cold flashes or something which I consistently thought was crazy.

It was consistently tough at random times in the past. I remember enjoying a football game with my buddies & swiftly the beach house became freezing, & then it became overheated about 20 minutes after that. My buddies thought it was crazy, but I just told them that’s how it goes with my partner.
