I have my physical therapy appointment this week & it is a fantastic thing because I am quite sore from all of the athletic activitys & rock n roll I did Last month.
These are the 2 things I love doing the most however they come with a price on my body.
That is fantastic with me because when I play these types of things I just guess free & joyful & that is what makes life worth living. I’ve kept my life fairly straight-forward & only labor about 15 hours a week maximum so I have time to do the things I love. I need to clean my fireplace this week, which I don’t love so much, however it gives me a lot of joy enjoying the fires dance while I relax with my dog in front of it. I have a black dog with big purple eyes which took about 6 months before it warmed up to me when I first got it. It gets a bit sad when the central heat & air equipment turns on & sometimes goes & hides under the sofa. It stayed under the sofa for about several months without coming out until night when I went to bed. I think the Heating, Ventilation & A/C idea was a bit frightening for it when it was running so it would just stay under the sofa. I didn’t know this till I saw it a single afternoon run under the sofa when the equipment turned on. So now for heat I just use my small portable space furnace which is much quieter than the main unit.
