When my wife and I first moved to the area, the first item of business was to have the HVAC looked at in our home. I looked around to find the nearby HVAC companies and was surprised that there were only two companies that were somewhat close by, within 30 minutes at least. I decided to call these places to see who’s services I wanted. The first place I called up, I spoke to a lady and she was extremely rude. I just wanted to know more about HVAC and what services they provided, and she acted like I was wasting her time. I even asked to speak to her supervisor and she said she was the supervisor and hung up. Well, I chose to write a nasty review about that HVAC company. The other HVAC company I called up I was really hoping I wouldn’t have issues with because I basically burned the bridge with the other HVAC company. Fortunately, they were a lot nicer and very helpful answering all my questions. I even told them how I had a bad encounter on the phone with the apparent supervisor at the other HVAC company. The guy laughed and said she was kind of nasty, but they had okay services. Well, upon seeing the excellent work the HVAC professional did after showing up, I decided to enroll in an HVAC service plan to keep our HVAC system in pristine condition. I’m not the kind of person who likes to have the HVAC system break down, especially when it’s cold outside.
