They sent the wrong air filters to my house

My family and I have three cats and a pet and it can be difficult to keep the home clean.

My fiance and I sweep and mop the kitchen, family room, living room, and hallway every other day.

The two of us cast all of the surfaces in the home on Saturday day. The two of us also change the air filter in the heating and air conditioner. The air filter gets changed every three weeks. The two of us used to change the air filter bi-weekly, however it was typically covered in pet hair and dust by the time all of us changed to a up-to-date one. The two of us decided last year to change the air filter every 3 weeks and I truly do think it improves the indoor air pollen levels. Last weekend, it was time to change the air filter in the heating and air conditioner. I had a brand up-to-date box mailed from the store and I opened it up that day. I pulled one of the air filters out of the box and I took off the protective plastic. I tried to place the air filter inside of the heating and air conditioner, although I suddenly realized it was way too big. I double checked the size of the air filter and it was marked with the same numbers as my seasoned air filter. I substituted the many air filters up to one another and they were clearly different sizes. I found a tape measure and I decided to check the measurements on each one of the air filters. The up-to-date filters in the box were marked with the wrong size. I had to call the company to get a refund.
