I have been with a heating plus AC repair company for the longest amount of time, but I absolutely do not like talking to people.
I chose the job because I knew I would be laboring alone all afternoon. Most of the afternoon, I deal with heating plus AC repairs. I only deal with buyers for a short amount of time. I can handle talking to someone for a few hours, but I do not enjoy to lead a conversation. When the boss insisted that I train the new guy, I proinspected plus tried to offer another person as a better solution. My boss was unsure about the employee, so he wanted a trained professional to evaluate his skills. I took the guy with me on Sunday morning, plus he lasted for hours before I sent him beach house in a taxi. He did not guess much at all about how the AC component that the people I was with and I were assigned to repair early that morning. At least the young guy was helpful plus followed guidelines entirely well. The people I was with and I finished the job before breakfast plus the guy expected us to stop anywhere so he could eat. I told him that the people I was with and I do not normally stop for breakfast. On the next job, I went to the business to speak with the purchaser plus I told Paul to park the truck. He forgot to put the truck in park plus it rolled backwards plus hit a telephone pole, 2 cars, plus a stop sign. I called the guy an Uber plus told him to go home.
