An explanation was necessary after the fiasco

I sent my best Heating and A/C repairman to a commercial task last Thursday and he got kicked off the property for fighting with the owner.

I easily couldn’t assume my ears when I heard about the commotion. The commercial AC repair was at a activitying and interest store. The owner is one of our customers and he called because the AC wasn’t cooling respectfully that day. I sent Jack to the store to service the commercial AC, jack has been an Heating and A/C repairman for twenty years and he has been my employee for half of that time. The guy is an excellent service professional and he has never been a problem. I was shocked when the shopper called. I heard some of the story from that guy, although I waited until my guy came back from the task to get his side of the story. The physical altercation could have led to the police being called. Thankfully, the owner of the store did not want to press charges. When my repair serviceman came through the door, he was annoyed and his face was beet red, however he was fuming mad and cursing and swearing. I tried to get him to calm down. The two of us went to my office and I asked the guy to explain what happened. The owner of the activitying goods store was sleeping with Jack’s fiance. He confronted the guy with the accUStion and he tried to deny the rumor. Jack punched him in the face. My repair tech knew he was going to start that fight from the hour he left the workshop. I did not have any option except suspend the guy for the rest of the day.
