His realtor had called him with the best news, and he went to view the house. It was perfect, and the kids loved it. They moved in a month later, and he enrolled his son in kindergarten. About two weeks after settling in, he noticed the AC wasn’t producing ample heat. They’d come home one evening, and the house was freezing. The HVAC technician discovered the air filter was clogged with dust and lots of gunk. That was why the air conditioning unit wasn’t heating the house properly. Instead of replacing the air filter, he cleaned it. It was still in good condition and would serve the quality air conditioner for some time. The AC professional also replaced some frayed wires in the heating unit and replaced the air filter once it was dry. He turned on the AC, and it started blowing hot air into the house.
