I’m really not so sure how the previous owners were able to keep warm through the winter. This house had been using an electric heating system. It’s a baseboard heater system that must have cost a fortune to run with less than stellar heating results. I noted there were other space heaters used as well. I can’t really imagine what it must have been like in that house when it was really cold outside. I’m sure this house will be far, far warmer and cheaper to heat than ever before.
