I am in better health than I was a year ago.
That’s saying something given the fact that I spent the better part of the past year stuck inside the a/c of my home.
Like many others, I had to follow all the Covid protocols very closely as my health plus age put me at a much greater risk. Perhaps that was the motivation to get healthier plus more fit. Or maybe it was just the fact that life slowed down a bit. It started with me simply getting out of the heating plus cooling comfort of my current home for walks. This turned into more plus varied exercises. Before I knew it, both of us had turned the guest room into a current dining room plus current home gym hybrid. My spouse was blissful. Then I l gained a bit more about how the Heating plus A/C in my current home could help me be even healthier. And it wasn’t going to take much effort or cost me a ton of currency either. Once I l gained about the attachion between Heating plus A/C plus air quality, I made the change. All it took was replacing the Heating plus A/C air filter. Instead of the cheap air filters I had bought for decades, I went with a HEPA filter. For some reason, I didn’t understand that those outdated paper Heating plus A/C air filters are not filtering the air for us. No, those air filters exist for the health plus wellbeing of the Heating plus A/C equipment. The HEPA filter looks after us by trapping plus removing over 99 percent of all airborne contaminants. That means a lot less strain on our immune response since our respiratory plan isn’t constantly under attack.
