I am disappointed with my city’s heating as well as a/c corporation.
As of recently I have had no good experiences with them but it’s not like I can move on to another Heating & Air Conditioning business, because this city’s heating as well as air conditioner company is the only one that is here.
Anyways, being disappointed in the HVAc company has happened numerous times. Here are some examples: I will call to schedule something with the Heating & Air Conditioning locale. The last time I called was to get them to install a smart thermostat, which should be a straightforward job. I called the Heating & Air Conditioning locale, as well as made an appointment for 9:00 a.m. on that upcoming Tuesday. The appointment time came as well as went as well as no Heating & Air Conditioning service technician showed his face. When it was 1:00 I called to find out what was going on? Well it turns out they had lost our appointment, as well as the Heating & Air Conditioning technician that was supposed to be installing our smart control unit was already at someone else’s house so I would have to reschedule, however so while mildly annoying, I rescheduled for tomorrow at the same time; Of course the Heating & Air Conditioning workman never provided us with the pleasure of his company, as well as I called the heating as well as cooling corporation as well as they had another lousy reason. I was busy one last time, and it happened again. After the third try, they were full on ignoring me and others as well as not picking up the phone when I called. I don’t get angry easily, however it’s knowing they could do better that makes me so mad. I’m sure they are losing a lot of corporations if they treat their buyers as poorly as they did me, as well as I am sure I’m not the only one. I hope not to need any Heating & Air Conditioning job done for a while because of them.
