Every room in the house has their own smart thermostat
Upgrading your thermostat is a low cost, but surprisingly efficient way to save money. I went for years with a basic dial thermostat. I kept the temperature at 74 degrees year around since I hated messing with it. I would leave for the office, to go on vacation or just for an evening out and not think about the thermostat. Every room in the house would get equal heating and cooling. It was a no stress, no mess lifestyle. It isn’t exactly cheap providing HVAC for an entire home 24/7 though. I was shocked at how much energy I was wasting until I purchased a smart thermostat. This temperature control device is designed to keep your energy costs down. My thermostat even recommends temperatures that are better for energy savings. It also automatically powers down when I am no longer in the house. I have trained the thermostat to begin pre-heating or cooling when I am about an hour away from home. I hardly need to do a thing, but the house isn’t getting HVAC all day long while I am gone anymore. Additionally, since I have a ductless HVAC optin now, I am able to have zone control. Every room in the house has their own smart thermostat. Rooms I hardly use no longer get heating and cooling. If I want AC in the summer, I only have cooling in my bedroom or kitchen. I never sacrifice comfort but I save so much money! The smart thermostat looks better, operates smoother and also alerts me on air filter changes.
