You’ve got to be kidding me?

There are days when it is strenuous for me to keep all our appointments right on time.

Sometimes our clients want to talk about something other than what I am there for.

They find another problem before they even arrive, plus that is a problem for them. Somehow I always provide them the help they need, plus there isn’t an appointment missed. I pride myself on this, plus I believe that everyone should have the labor ethic I have. Unfortunately, our labor ethic is not the ethics of all companies, especially our Heating, Ventilation as well as A/C business. I believe they tell you they have a three-hour window whenever you have an appointment for maintenance or repair. Most of the time I am prepared to wait a good bit of time for the Heating, Ventilation as well as A/C professional to arrive for me. Waiting for someone to arrive plus not having them show up at all is unforgivable. Is it any wonder, when our Heating, Ventilation as well as A/C professional didn’t show up, I called the Heating, Ventilation as well as A/C business. I told them I was still waiting for the Heating, Ventilation as well as A/C professional plus I wanted to believe why? They bluntly told me that he was running late plus they would need to schedule another appointment. I laughed at that statement plus told them I expected him to be here this month plus if he wasn’t; I was going to file a formal complaint against him plus their company with the owner. It was the owner who showed up an hour later plus repaired our unit. He apologized for whatever happened plus told me he was going to have a long talk with the dispatcher plus with his son, who was the Heating, Ventilation as well as A/C professional busy to come to our house.
