I hope he can fix it this month because the weather is getting easily sizzling plus our little spare mini chop isn’t going to be able to cool down the whole house.

I noticed a few months ago that something was wrong with the central unit however didn’t have the time or the currency to get it fixed. But now, with the weather getting easily hot, the people I was with and I have to get it fixed or the people I was with and I will be in for a lot of sleepless nights. The people I was with and I have ceiling fans in all of the rooms however it doesn’t help much if the air conditioner is blowing sizzling air into all of the rooms. I guess they can fix it in one day plus am hoping the people I was with and I can get them to come out this day to check it out plus hopefully start working on it. Maybe the just needs to be charged with coolant or something like that. I cleaned the filters in it recently plus even cleaned the grill on the condenser however it still isn’t cooling officially. The local contractor near our apartment told us that they could come out the same day the people I was with and I call to check out the unit plus maintenance it so I hope they can stick to their word. I need to tune up our mom’s Heating, Ventilation & A/C system this weekend as it has been a long time since she has had anyone out there with our dad being gone now for over a year. She lives in a huge several kitchen several lavatory apartment plus has been working on it to get it ready to sell next year so that she can downsize into a place that is more manageable for her. They have several huge commercial s because the place is so huge plus one Heating, Ventilation & A/C unit wasn’t doing the job of cooling it down fast enough. I can’t imagine what their power bills are plus this is one of the reasons that she is going to move into a smaller place. Dad was an Heating, Ventilation & A/C system repairman back in the day plus ended up running a huge Heating, Ventilation & A/C contractor until he died. He left us with a huge pile of currency once our mom is gone so I won’t have to easily worry about saving for retirement, if I even live that long myself. I system on working in the Heating, Ventilation & A/C industry, even after getting this pile of currency, because I like to guess productive plus like working on s plus furnaces like I have done since I was a young guy. I am also going to get on stage this weekend plus do an open mic near our mom’s house, which is pretty exciting as I haven’t been on stage officially for several years. I need to do some writing for our set first though.

As I thought about the trip, it hit me that both of us would be going to be immersed in pollen and so my pollen irritations would be crazy. I consulted dad, who agreed to go a week before with me to ensure the air quality was perfect. The first thing both of us tied up when both of us got there was a much-needed Heating, Ventilation as well as A/C maintenance with the local maintenance provider. But now I am back in the southeast US where it is really tepid and I will need to do my exercising in the afternoons to avoid heat exhaustion.

I think both of us are hitting the 90F mark at 10am, and with the humidity rising too, it just makes it too much for me to try and exercise any time thereafter. Every one of us have a large shady oak tree that is relaxing to exercise under, providing natural temperature control for me while I do my routine. I come into the condo to cool off every thirty minutes or so and recognize so relaxing resting in front of the air conditioning vent with my spray bottle of water misting me. I am older now and have been out of the states for over more than one years and can recognize the difference in how my body is reacting to the change in temperature. I am going to have to crawl up in the attic a single of these afternoons to seal the HVAC duct in a few spots and try and figure out why the heat pump stopped laboring last Wintertide in my cousin’s condo where I am staying. My dining room is being remodeled as the people I was with and I speak. I have spared no expense to make it the dining room of my dreams. What is nice is that my dining room is entirely small, so buying fancy products isn’t an issue. I was able to get the best quartz countertop because there simply isn’t that much. I have custom made all the wood lodgeets being installed. I even splurged for better hardware, lighting in addition to a sink. I am going to like my new dining room. I even decided to add heated flooring. That was a last minute item in addition to actually fancy. I thought about it in addition to decided it was better to overidea than under. My partner and I do the snowbird thing and it is looking more and more likely that the two of us will just end up down south.

The north is just horrible.

It is typically chilly and awful all year long. The northern laws in regards to COVID, plastic bags and taxes are worse too than down south. My partner and I have thought about making the permanent move. We don’t even appreciate our northern loft as well. It is greater and requires so much more upkeep; Due to extreme chilly and snow, there is quite a bit of disfigure. I am regularly removing branches, raking leaves and tending to the gardens. Inside the loft has seams that pop due to the extreme cold. I have needed to deal with plumbing pipes bursting due to not enough heating. It isn’t appreciate the two of us don’t have a good furnace. Our household has several gas gas furnaces and it still isn’t enough. Our southern beach loft is a small loft that I can clean in under an minute. We only need to have a ductless heat pump for heating and cooling. That machine runs reliably separate from a hitch. There is no extreme chilly or pipes bursting. The worst is in the heat of Summer I have to fight mold and cockroaches in the house. I just need to be diligent with AC settings and cleaning. My partner and I are looking to retire, sell the northern beach loft and just be southern people now. It is a way less stressful life and not as much work.

I lived up north our entire life.

I only relied on furnaces, there was no need for AC.

The Summer season is short and not recognizably hot. There would be 1 or several mornings of heat that would follow with chilly days. There was no reason to have AC, a pool or any other Summer related things. My family had several gas furnaces in the house. We had a living room heater, gas fireplace in the kitchen and an old Moore gas furnace upstairs. Even with all several gas furnaces running, the loft wasn’t ever toasty. The temperatures would get to -20 degrees. It was strenuous to heat a crucial loft that was so cold. Adding insulation, caulk and putting towels around the doors only helped so much. When I moved down south I was gleeful to no longer experience snow and drastic cold. I still wanted a heating plan in our house. I talked to our Heating and Air Conditioning corporation and he was adamant that I needed air conditioner. I felt deranged buying a cooling plan when I have never needed 1 before. The guy sold myself and others on a ductless heat pump and I am so thankful. Thank goodness I didn’t go separate from AC for even a month. The south is the reverse of where I used to live. I now use AC all the time! Very rarely do I need to turn on our furnace. It is a nice change up. I now get to be too warm for once and really get a tan. My partner and I are looking into buying a pool.
