After having our sun control decorative window film installed, I could finally appreciate kneeling in our living room; The heat of the sun no longer made our room unbearable, & it wasn’t ruining the upholstery of our furniture.
The rain cleaned the outside of the window, however I was distraught about taking care of the window film.
The man who did the replacement, put it on the inside of the windows, & it needed cleaned, then i thought about using a light cloth with soap & water, however I was afraid it would make it lose its cling & I would have a mess. I called the business who installed our presidential window film & ask about the service, he asked me to please hold on a hour while he got our information, but once the gentleman came back on the PC, he told me our film had updated on the inside of the window, so we could disinfect the outside of the window as usual. I could disinfect the window film disinfect with a dampened cloth, then smudges & dirt only needed a little spritz & some wiping. He said there was no need to worry about the window film lifting. Should there be a problem, we were still under our warranty & they would come to the apartment & repair for us. He truly put our mind at ease. I can do the window film service & have little worries if I use too much water, or get aggressive with our cleaning, and my residential window film service was a breeze, & our room was still cool & beautiful.
