I didn’t like the sauna.

When I started going to the local gym with my best friend, she kept trying to convince me to use a sauna.

  • She told me her pores and never looked better than since she had been using the sauna.

She felt more relaxed when she used the sauna after a long session of spinning. I try not to make a decision either way, because I never really liked the sauna, but she was pushing. My first and only experience with a sauna was when I was pregnant. My sister asked me to go with her, and I didn’t yet know I was pregnant. We walked into the sonnet and spent eight minutes in the hot humid air. After opening the door and walking out, I only took two steps before I fell onto the floor. If it hadn’t been for someone from the emergency response team being there, I’m not sure what would have happened. They gave me fluids and sat with me until I was able to get up on my own. The entire time my best friend was trying to convince me to get into the sauna with her, I was thinking about that experience of my sister. I could still remember the feeling I had right before I went down, and if it hadn’t been for my sister, I probably would’ve busted my head on the concrete floor. Luckily, I came to my senses and told my girlfriend that I would not be using the sauna, and told her about my experience. She apologized for trying to push me into the sauna, and said if I just opened my mouth sooner she wouldn’t have been as persistent.
