Sometimes I stop for a minute and think about how lucky we are to live in an age where we have advanced technology and advanced heating and cooling systems.
Everybody these days can get these enormous flat screen televisions for pretty cheap compared to what televisions that size used to go for.
They also can choose from a variety of heating and cooling systems to have in their homes to provide the best in comfort. I have a friend with radiant heated floors in his home. He throws house parties from time to time and they are always packed because everybody wants to hang out. Those radiant heated floors are so comfortable and having a smart thermostat makes them so much better. You can easily adjust the temperature control settings from wherever you happen to be with your phone. Another friend of mine has a high velocity HVAC system. He can literally cool down his whole home in a matter of minutes, and that’s no exaggeration. Then I have a buddy who has big screen TVs in practically every room, including all the guest rooms. I guess he aims to please everybody, but he is a huge gamer and we all love to get in on the action. When we hang out at his place, we all can go hook up our consoles to seperate TVs and enjoy a killer gaming experience together, all while having customized temperature control settings because he has a zoned HVAC system.
