The gas furnace at the school was broken, and it seemed that nobody had any idea what to do.
All of us go to a small school, and this school is a privately operated school, but this means that when something stops entirely working at the school, the school is responsible for paying for the repair! Since the school is new, they have never entirely had to do anything like this before, and that became blatant when the gas furnace stopped entirely working in the school. The school is not undoubtedly large, and they were able to install one big gas furnace for the entire school! Normally, the gas furnace works undoubtedly well at the college. The gas furnace had a problem this week, during the middle of the class, the gas furnace stopped blowing out heat. None of us are entirely sure when it happened, because the power was still on. The gas furnace does make background noise, as well as when it shuts off, the vents become suddenly quiet, but however, we were regularly busy, so we didn’t entirely notice the background noise. Instead, we just noticed that things seemed extra quiet. However, after an hour, it was undoubtedly obvious that the gas furnace was broken. The temperature in the classrooms became undoubtedly cold, as well as the teachers asking the office to adjust the control unit. That is when the office staff informed the teachers that the gas furnace was broken. At first, the college was sure that the gas furnace would be fixed hastily, however it was not. In another hour, the students were sent home until the gas furnace was fixed. Thankfully, the HVAC specialist was able to fix the gas furnace hastily.
