People were telling me that ductless HVAC options were genuinely good, but if I wanted the best energy efficient HVAC, I should go for a geothermal HVAC system. I even had an HVAC professional comment that he personally has installed all kinds of HVAC systems and the geothermal systems are by far the best both in longevity and personal comfort at home. When he said that these HVAC systems can last up to 50 years with proper care and maintenance, I was in disbelief. I thanked everyone for helping me out and ended up speaking to a local contractor about installing a geothermal HVAC. The expense was up there, but I definitely had enough to cover it so I went for it. Now I have one of the most energy efficient HVAC systems around, and I learned it’s good for the environment too, so I feel pretty good about this investment.
