It isn’t just us that love it, the customers are big fans of our ice cream too.
One of the most important parts of owning an ice cream stores having a good cooling system. This is fairly obvious because you need a good cooling system to keep the ice cream frozen. Without a good cooling system to keep the ice cream frozen the ice cream will melt. This is unfortunately what happened to us about a week ago where we came to our store and we discovered that all the ice cream and melted. We were shocked, what had happened? Plants and further investigation we discovered that the air conditioning system in the store has stopped working and that is why all the ice cream is melted. When the cold air from the AC stopped blasting out of the commercial HVAC unit, the temperature in a store quickly began to rise and all the ice cream melted as a result of it. My wife and I called a heating and AC technician out as soon as possible to repair the broken heating and cooling system. The broken heating and cooling system was successfully repaired but now we had to buy more ice cream. We closed the store down for a couple days while we got everything back in order before opening it backup to customers again. It was good to be open and have business again.
