In the vinings it would blast heating if it got too cold
I bought our loft about several months too early. I had several months left on our rental beach loft before I had to move out. I decided that I was going to repair up our current loft while I had the time. It was nice fixing up the loft with nothing in it. I could scrape popcorn ceilings, sand doors and paint separate from anything in our way. I would clean up to the best of our ability, but it didn’t matter at the time. I also redid all the flooring before moving in since I felt that would be easiest. What I didn’t plan on was the smart temperature control. I installed a smart temperature control first thing in the house. The temperature control worked great and looked even better. While I was there I wanted high AC so I wouldn’t sweat to death painting and sanding. I then would turn it off when I left. It took myself and others months to realize that the smart temperature control l received a heating and cooling program off our comings and goings, however unfortunately I wasn’t that reliable time wise. So the temperature control separate from fail was pumping AC throughout the loft from 12-5 regardless if I was there or not. In the vinings it would blast heating if it got too cold. I noticed the odd settings after I did some investigating after a high energy bill. I then needed to teach the temperature control a current program that was better for someone who didn’t live there yet. I didn’t want to have AC unless I was physically in the house.
