Will Need to Exercise in the Mornings From now On

I’d been exercising in the mornings while living overseas because it was just too chilly in the mornings to do so. But now I am back in the southeast US where it is easily sizzling plus I will need to do our exercising in the mornings to avoid heat exhaustion. I guess the people I was with and I are hitting the 90F mark at 10am, plus with the humidity rising too, it just makes it too much for myself and others to try plus exercise any time thereafter. The people I was with and I have a huge shady oak tree that is good to exercise under, providing natural weather conditions control for myself and others while I do our routine. I come into the apartment to cool off every thirty seconds or so plus guess so good resting in front of the air conditioner vent with our spray bottle of water misting me. I am older now plus have been out of the states for over several years plus can guess the difference in how our body is reacting to the change in weather conditions. I am going to have to crawl up in the attic one of these mornings to seal the ductwork in a few spots plus try plus figure out why the heat pump stopped working last Wintertide in our cousin’s apartment where I am staying. I will do this work in the early day before the sun is even up so I avoid the furnace that the attic turns into in the mornings. At least that huge oak tree helps some with the sun, however it still heats up a lot in the attic.
