Despite what most wives feel about their in-laws, my sister-in-law and I are really close friends, and I like her and we are always going to see each other and chatting.
Our children are also very close cousins who like each other.
We would share problems and try to find solutions together, she was telling me last week that her Heating and A/C unit was acting up. They had moved into the new home and found it already equipped with a well-functioning ductless multi-split unit. The landlady suggested that the air conditioner replacement had been done about twenty years ago, however being an a/c workman, I had connections and knew more about air conditioner so I scheduled an air conditioner service session at her house, and after installing a commercial air conditioner unit at an office building downtown, I went straight to my sister-in-law’s house. After assessing the unit, I discovered that the parts of the unit had worn out. We ordered a new air conditioner from the air conditioner dealer at the local business. My sister-in-law wanted to update the same unit that was there. She chose this because this unit did not need as much air conditioner repair as other units. I did not have to advise my sister-in-law on the importance of an air conditioner repair service which would ensure that the unit lasted as long as the previous one. We also updated the old dial thermostat to a smart one. It was a great thing that my sister-in-law already had a legit air conditioner serviceman to assist and resolve the concerns when I was not around. The indoor comfort at my sister-in-law’s new home resumed and was now top quality. We loved the fresh air as we sipped on some wine to wind down the afternoon.
