We spoke with the manager in great detail about our plans and our property. The property management company agreed to handle all aspects of renting the property for a 10% fee. Since we plan to charge $1,500 a month for rent, the property management group received $150. For those fees, they handle all problems that the tenant may have in our home. If an issue requires reparations that are expensive, I have to approve them first. It really eases our anxiety and tension to have someone else handle all of the details.
