When I bought a new house, the place had a few issues. It’s one of the reasons why I could afford a large and lavish place. I thought that I would be able to handle many of the problems on my own, but I really didn’t have a lot of time after work. I talked to a couple of my co-workers about the repairs at home and a few people suggested hiring a handyman or a maintenance guy. In fact, a couple of people gave me the name of a service. I called the home repair service and talk to a very nice person about my wants and needs. I really needed someone to install cabinets in the laundry room above the washer and the dryer. I also needed someone to fix a couple of drywall patches in the living room. I hoped to find someone that could tackle all of the jobs. Maintenance service provided a handyman with knowledge and all home repair areas. The guy repaired the drywall patches and sanded the wall. When he was finished, I couldn’t even tell where the problem was located. I had all of the cabinetry in the laundry room and the handyman put everything on the wall in a single day. The maintenance guy handled every single problem in the house without much trouble at all. When the guy was finished, he gave me his card and told me to call anytime. I will definitely use his services again in the future. The guy was affordable, knowledgeable, and very handy with a bag of tools.
