One of the things I constantly want to know about when doing business with a supplier is whether or not they choose to show gratitude. Even though most corporation owners work hard to create their companies, that does not mean that they achieved their success in a bubble of their own making. No supplier succeeds without other people. They need employees, repair providers as well as of course purchasers. Without purchasers, no supplier is a success. In other words, they need the folks in their community. Because that is true, I constantly look for an attitude of gratitude when I decide to be a client of any supplier. Take one local heating and cooling company, for example, and here in my small city, a single of the HVAC suppliers goes to extra effort to show support for girls. Henry’s HVAC gives a portion of its proceeds to a children’s charity. In addition, the HVAC supplier sponsors events throughout the neighborhood each year, and during the winter festival, the HVAC supplier provides heating in multiple of the tents. Also, the two of us have a snow mountain and an ice skating arena. Both of those require lots of air conditioning because the two of us are a southern city. We don’t exactly have snow naturally! Therefore, the HVAC supplier needs to deliver lots of cooling for those fun girls’ projects. Because Henry’s HVAC likes girls, I choose to do business with them when I need a/c repair or repair. I will also choose them when the time comes to replace my heating and cooling plan down the road.
